While 99.9% of guests are fantastic and courteous, we do have to cover ourselves with the following rules: *You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property. *No food, pets, or glass in the pool. *No parties and no glitter. *No more than 6 people allowed in the home. *Given we are on a barrier island and the plumbing is more sensitive than other areas, please flush only modest amounts of toilet paper. All wipes, feminine products, paper towels, and other items must go in the trash bin. *Deep-frying or high-grease cooking is not allowed on the property. Grease spills damage surfaces, attract pests, and pose fire risks. *No smoking inside or near doors to prevent smoke smell inside. Smoking inside will result in a $500 charge to cover the cost of smoke remediation. *If you plan to use the dock for a boat or a jet ski, please notify us at the time of your booking. We are not responsible for any damage, injury, or death that result from the use of a boat or jet ski on the dock. We occasionally have lower water levels which may make it difficult to dock a larger boat during low tide. *If you have any issues with your stay, please let us know immediately so we can remedy the situation and continue to provide a five-star experience for you. No refunds will be given after the fact if we are not given the opportunity to make it right. *The pool, dock, and patio areas are shared spaces with the other Airbnb at the property. Please be respectful of other guests. *If checkout occurs after 10:30am without host approval, a $100 charge may be assessed to the guest. *One pet allowed per stay and no pets over 20 pounds. We must be made aware of any pets prior to your reservation and pets must be listed on your reservation. Please do not allow pets on the furniture. *Please do not move or rearrange furniture. *Deliberately tampering with the internet, cameras, or noise monitoring device is grounds for immediate cancellation without refund. *Thank you for booking your stay with us :)

We’ve got you covered with a few supplies, including a pack ’n play, high chair, stroller, kids silverware, and more. Grace is an amazing host with a lovely home. Very responsive and answered all my questions, was flexible with check in as we arrived earlier than planned. The home was very clean and stocked with all the little things that are often not provided, which really made our stay that much easier. I highly recommend this home l, and if I visit Indian Rocks Beach again, I will definitely be staying here again. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

I stayed here over the 4th of July and had the most amazing time! The home was super clean, cozy, and had everything I needed. The pool was my favorite part — sparkling clean and came with the most beautiful view of the inlet and even saw dolphins in the ocean while I was in the pool …Just a short walk down the street to the beach made it so convenient. It was the perfect spot to relax, unwind, and enjoy the holiday. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Das hübsche kleine Haus liegt perfekt mitten im Dorf, nur 5 Gehminuten zum Strand. Es ist eine saubere und ruhige Nachbarschaft. Parkplatz direkt vor der Türe. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und der Pool wie beschrieben. Die Kommunikation mit Grace war perfekt. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und können das Haus sehr gerne weiterempfehlen!

This was a great stay for me! Grace is a fantastic host! I would definitely recommend this spot for a getaway. Make sure you understand that it is a shared area with another house- it wasn’t a problem for me because the people I shared with for a short time were really cool. But, if you are going for a private getaway it could be an issue for you. The house is cute and the area is nice! So many restaurants in the area and a very easy walk to the beautiful beach.

It was absolutely perfect. We were close enough to everything that we could walk or bike! The boys biked to the beach from the house whenever they wanted. The kids loved swimming in their own pool and fishing off the dock. We even had dolphins swim up by the dock. The location is perfect! Grace is also very kind and accommodating! Such a wonderful experience and place! Where the house is located you can literally get anywhere very easy!

In addition to easy walks and ample parking, getting around Indian Rocks Beach and the nearby Pinellas barrier-island beach towns is affordable, fun, and convenient with the Suncoast Beach Trolley service! There are several trolley stops in Indian Rocks Beach: Gulf Blvd. & 10th Avenue, Gulf Blvd. & 15th Avenue, and Gulf Blvd. & 17th Avenue. The Suncoast Beach Trolley operates from Clearwater Beach in the north to Pass-A-Grille in the south, stopping at designated “Trolley Stop” locations along the entire Gulf Blvd. route (excluding Belleair Beach and Belleair Shores). The Beach Trolley picks up passengers every 20 to 30 minutes, from 5:05 a.m. to 10:10 p.m., Monday through Sunday (including holidays), with extended service until midnight on Fridays and Saturdays.
